| We welcome the idea to meet in person & further customize a wedding package that works best for you. We advise you to set up an appointment from Monday, Wednesday - Friday 11:00am to 8:00pm or Sunday from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Call (323) 262-9238 to check availability on Saturday appointments. We can always work something out to accommodate your schedule. Prices are given on the type & quantity of flowers, date of wedding, & style of arrangement. You can bring a picture of what you want & we can tell you the price for it. We are always willing to work with any reasonable budget. You don't have to fill out the on-line estimate form, you can bring your itemized list. (Filling out the estimate form on-line will speed up the process) You don't need to fill out the entire form, only fill out what you need, all other questions leave blank. We have several wedding books with samples that you can view to give you ideas if needed. We can also provide you with pictures of our own work. We recommend that you book your wedding flower date as soon as possible because our calender tends to book fast. Please call/email first to check if we are available for your date. We recommend that you bring magazine clips, printed sheets of flower arrangements you see on-line, or anything that can help us visualize what your style of flowers are. Please keep in mind that once you book the date with a down payment, it would be a good idea if you leave these pages with us as a reference. You will not get these back, so if you'd like a copy please make one for yourself. If you have any material swatch that you can also bring, this is very helpful as colors change in picture. We use this swatch to help us match the flower color you want & also for ribbons. When you give the down payment, we hold the date for you. With no down payment there's no guarantee that we will be available for your wedding date. We give you a 15 day complimentary hold on your date once you receive an estimate from us. This means you have 15 days to schedule an appointment so we can go over the details of the estimate in person. If you are happy with the estimate you can call/email to request an appointment for a complimentary consultation. At this time we will discuss flower options/availability, color shades, other items you'd like to add/change & we can answer any questions you may have. If you're happy with everything, we can go ahead & book the date with a down payment of $200. & fill out the contract. Have a list with the names of your bridal party or anyone that you are ordering flowers for. If you will be needing aisle runners, (or rose petals for aisle), please know the length you will need the aisle runner to be. We are an authorized dealer for http://www.originalrunners.com. If you'd like a customized runner, we can order one for you, & then put it on for you at your ceremony & then remove it for you. If you will be using candles in any of your arrangements please check the policy at ceremony or reception venue. We also have battery operated candles & l.e.d candles. Please check at your ceremony/reception locations what will be the earliest time we will be able to deliver & set up flowers. You can save on the delivery or/and set up fee if you have a friend or family member pick up the flowers for you.
