Our Services Start With:

A Complimentary Consultation:  In which we establish your taste, needs and budget.  
All consultations are FREE when you reserve your date with Ninfa's Flowers.

A Second Consultation:  By this consultation we require a minimum of $200. deposit to reserve
your date.  At this time we also ask that you leave any original copies, photos, magazine cut outs
that you may have of flower choices, arrangements, etc.  Please make a copy for yourself, we do
not return these.  (Optional:  We visit the ceremony and reception location to take an accurate
look and make recommendations.  "You would need to be present at time of visit.

The Final Consultation:  This takes place one month prior to the wedding to revise the entire
order.  Balance due must be paid in full by that time.  We require that you bring in a floor plan of
your ceremony & reception area & final instructions, as to where the cake table will be, the guest
book table, the seating cards, the main table, etc.  Please ask your venue for a copy of the floor
plan to ceremony & reception.
