| When calling, please have the correct address available & cross street. Also, let us know if the address is a home, apartment, or business address. If it's an apartment address have the name of the building, the apartment #, & floor #. If it's a business address have the name of the business, suite/Floor #, & the recipient's occupation. (example: receptionist, waitress, teacher...) Give the phone number of either the delivery place &/or yours to contact in case the person can't be located or to call you once the delivery has been made. |
| We Deliver within 20 miles of our store location. Keep in mind that the further the delivery is, so is the delivery charge. We have a minimum purchase of $25.00 (before tax) for deliveries. For Weddings & Special Events we have a different delivery fee & also a set up fee if set up is requested. We'd appreciate at least 2 days notice for deliveries, but we also have Same Day Delivery. Next day deliveries & Same Day Deliveries can be made with what we have in stock in our store. For special Flower Arrangements we require at least 2 days. We only attempt to deliver once & if the recipient isn't available to receive the delivery we leave a notice to pick up at our store. |
