Ninfa’s Flowers provides convenient delivery of flowers to offices, work sites and homes, for recognizing
employee anniversaries, birthdays & other special occasions. You may order through e-mail or over the phone
with your corporate credit card.
The corporate services we provide include weekly, biweekly or even a monthly delivery of your arrangements.
You can decide what types of flowers or leave it up to our designers to create a designers choice arrangement
using flowers that are in season.
Standing Orders
(Weekly Flower Deliveries)
Weekly Standing orders receive free delivery of their arrangements and a discount on the arrangement if the
container is recycled. Weekly standing orders can be scheduled to be delivered to your place of business each
week according to your specifications of size, color and style.
We will pick up the old arrangements and replace them with fresh arrangements in the same time frame each
week. Delivery is free with this service only.
(Biweekly or Monthly deliveries)
Biweekly or Monthly Standing orders will receive a discounted delivery charge as well as a discount on
recycled containers. If you are looking for arrangements for your office or home we can work with every
budget.
We offer fresh flower arrangements, custom silk arrangements and live plants
If you are interested please contact us using our online form and a representative will contact you. We can set
up your standing order over the phone or we can set up a consultation at your home or office.

Upon setting up a corporate account you will be given an account number to use whenever you or your staff
places an order.
The amount would then be charged on the credit card we have on file for your company every time an order is
placed.

What is your delivery policy?
We offer delivery (for a nominal fee, see below) on arrangements with a min. price of $65.00
What are your delivery areas?
We deliver within a 25 mile radius of our location.
Do you offer same day deliveries?
We do offer same day deliveries. Orders must be placed by 11:00am for same day deliveries. We recommend
that you place your orders at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the rush, if possible.
What are your delivery fees?
Due to gas prices on the rise, please call for current price.
Do you have any additional delivery terms?
Wrong Address: If an erroneous address is furnished to Ninfa’s Flowers, a second delivery fee will be charged
to the customer. You will need to provide us with the correct address at this time. If you can not provide us
with the address, you will be charged for delivering the arrangement to your location.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
If the recipient is not available, Ninfa’s Flowers will leave the flower arrangement with a neighbor / doorman /
receptionist / security desk. A note or phone message will be left for the recipient indicating who is holding
their delivery. Another option is that we can leave a note for them to pick up the arrangement at Ninfa’s
Flowers. Whatever instructions you choose to instruct us with.

We are now accepting reservations for company party and events during the December 2008 Holiday Season.
We will also be accepting reservations for company party and events for 2009.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date of the event.
Payment is due in full two weeks before the date of the event...
Sample can be purchased at 50% the value if requested. (ask for more details - the container will be sold at
wholesale price)
All events may require a setup, delivery or tear down charge.
Arrangements are available starting at $40.00 per arrangement.
Discounts are applied to each order at the following discount levels:
